     P.E Information:

PE is on Tuesaday afternoons. Please ensure your child has their PE kit in school each day, including trainers for outdoor PE lessons.

Over this term, I shall be setting Maths work for children to do at home using the Internet. MyMaths is a great website to help your child develop their mathematical skills. The school login for this term is:

    Username: kidsgrove    password: circle

Your child should then have their own individual ‘portal’ login which can be found at the front of their planner.

    Notes from class teacher:

Homework is given out on a Friday and needs to be in on the following Thursday at the latest

Spellings are usually given out on Monday and will be tested on Friday.

Please could you make sure that you check and sign your child’s planner each week. These will be collected in and checked on Tuesday mornings.

Please encourage your child to read at least three times a week and discuss what they have read with an adult. Thank you

I am also more than happy to discuss your child’s individual  targets and progress in more detail in person. Please continue to use these planners as a form of                     communication with myself. If you have any other questions, concerns or require further information please arrange a time to meet myself by writing a note in your child’s planner. I shall then respond as soon as I can.

    Thank you for your support,

    Mr Nixon
